Arcadia Cigars Geneva Return & Refund Policy:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any undamaged, unopened, and non-faulty product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for a return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
